About
I believe in the power of therapeutic conversation with clients and in building a trusting relationship to unravel challenging experiences. My practice is influenced by existentialism, psychoanalysis, humanism and phenomenology. I am used to dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties. My postgraduate diploma is in Psychotherapy and Phenomenology through the Southern Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Services
I offer a safe space for you to talk about difficult feelings.
Talking through these feelings isn't always easy, but by trying to explore them we can begin to find understanding and live life more freely.
When searching for a therapist, it's common to feel overwhelmed by the different types of therapy on offer. Whilst theory can be useful, I believe in the power of conversation and building a trusting relationship to unravel challenging experiences.
Alongside my private practice I continue to counsel clients through my charity work, and have regular experience of seeing people who are:
stuck in a rut, or feeling stressed and anxious
in difficult relationships
in older age
have feelings of worthlessness
are going through a change or crisis
are trying to find a sense of purpose or meaning in their lives.
Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to arrange a session.
