With over 900 hours of training in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Nadia combines a passion for holistic wellness with a focus on alignment, breathwork, and inclusivity. She creates a safe and supportive space for students of all levels to embark on a journey of personal growth and well-being

Services

Nadia hosts a weekly Yin Yang Yoga class wevery Wednesday lunchtime from 13:00 - 14:00.   The class is open to all levels and combines two styles of yoga to balance energy, flexibility and strength.


The slower yin practice involves holding poses passively for longer to stretch and stimulate connective tissues. Yin poses are more internal, cooling, and downward.   Yang offers a  more active practice that involves dynamic sequences and standing postures to work on muscles and blood flow. Yang poses are more external, warming, and upward.
