My name is James Ferguson and I am a highly experienced BABCP accredited psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). By drawing on evidence based approaches and my personable, collaborative style, we will work together to build a therapy plan that is ideal for you.

My style is to work collaboratively, creating a warm, non-judgemental space where we can think together to notice and change the stuck patterns in your life. I place an emphasis on developing self-compassion to give you the strength and courage to make the best decisions for yourself.
