Crystalline Vibrations Sound Bath Circle

Crystalline Vibrations circle will focus on a different theme, whilst we raise our frequency and vibration, revitalising our body and soul. We’ll deeply relax our bodies, helping it to release any tension, anxiety or pain we might be experiencing or holding onto. Each 2.5-hour circle will promote positive energy, self-activated healing, mental clarity, promote transformative well-being and enlightenment, and harmoniously quiet the mind.

This Sound Bath series is suitable for most people; however, they are not recommended for people in early stages of pregnancy, have epilepsy or seizures or conditions that are triggered by sound or have mental health challenges such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or severe depression.
