An 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion programme for anyone impacted by someone else's drinking, drug use, gambling or any addiction. Learn to ease the suffering you feel. This course is free to approved applicats and is fully funded by Essex County Council.

About the event
The Blossome Cultivating Self-Compassion programme is designed specifically for those impacted by addiction within their family or social circle.
The programme will help you develop the skills needed for responding in a kind and compassionate way towards yourself, when you are faced with painful situations and emotions. It will help to ease the suffering that you feel. By learning self-compassion you will gain the self-care tools needed and the confidence to use them regularly, to self-regulate your emotions. You will learn to actively cultivate the positive emotional states that are so important for your own health, wellbeing and quality of life.
