Nia is a holistic movement practice blending elements of dance, martial arts and healing arts, set to world music and spiritual songs. The focus is on moving in ways that feel good and cultivating joy within yourself.

There's no need for dance experience, just a willingness to move and explore.

£10 per person pay at the door, walk-ins welcome, no online booking needed.
