Keeping as healthy as we can is the best gift we can give to ourselves and I’ve always tried to exercise and to eat well. I discovered yoga at my gym about 15 years ago and haven’t looked back. The physical movement that links body, mind and being had me absolutely hooked. Yoga has taught me to be still, to connect with myself and others and to de-stress, as well as helped with strength and flexibility. Whatever your goal, yoga has something to offer. I am still a regular gym-goer, love a good walk outside and travelling to new places to practice yoga in different countries.

I qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga in 2021 with Heidi Pascual of Lotus Love Yoga and love sharing yoga with others. I teach a fairly fast paced style of yoga with a belief that yoga is for everybody and that all wellbeing should be fun. Classes include some breath work and a final soothing meditation, leaving you feeling physically and mentally relaxed.
