After years of not knowing why my spiritual health was imbalanced, and why I had overwhelming feelings of being entrapped in a life that wasn’t feeding my soul or serving my highest good, I embarked on a deeply explorative journey of self-discovery and self-healing. This journey took me on the powerful oceanic waves of life, and through the dark night of the soul where I experienced some very deep soul searching lows, and some very elevated Divinely connected highs. My healing forced me to spiritually awaken and remember my souls aligned purpose, to start embarking on believing and loving myself unconditionally and deeply so that I would assist other Vibrant Souls on their soul aligned journeys too.
I realise now that we’ll always be challenged by the energies around us, the deepest learning that we should take from these experiences are how we navigate through them in our daily life and whether we have the courage to truly stop and listen to the signs and messages that forever guides us. My journey has blessed me with the courage to keep healing through these traumas, and how to thrive as I continue to navigate through the energetic elements of life here on earth.
As such, my offerings to other Vibrant Souls will always guide us through the rich tapestry of self discovery, healing the parts of self we never knew existed with Grace, tenderness, unconditional love, presence and stillness.

Sound Baths
I create sacred spaces divinely connected to the elements of heaven, earth and divine Source where we arrive as we arrive and leave as we leave. These spaces allow us to Just Be without judgement to self and others around us.
I work with the healing tones and vibrations of my Himalayan and Crystal bowls that take you on meditative sound wave journeys, connecting you to the essence of your body, mind and soul.
Each sound bath invites us to step into a deeper state of consciousness, giving us the opportunity to unplug from external stimuli for a moment and gain a clear perspective on what's going on within us. My intention for each sound bath is for Vibrant Souls to come and experience deep rest and relaxation, and to explore and discover self through the harmoniously healing vibrations of sound.

Reiki Practitioner
As a Reiki Practitioner I’m a conductor of Reiki life force energy, navigating you through the healing waves of your own life force energy to bring you back to center and a place of divine balance. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy, healthy and balanced.
I connect with the healing life force of Reiki, a Japanese healing modality to help you reduce built up blocks and stress, as well as promote deep relaxation and your own self-healing. Reiki is a beautiful energy healing system which is soothing yet powerful at the same time.
Reiki restores balance in one's life. Energy is intelligent and knows what it needs to do. I work with your Chakra system and flow Reiki to the parts of your body that needs it the most. I use my psychic abilities and the different healing modalities that I was blessed with and leant over the years to create a bespoke tailored Reiki healing session that’s specifically for you.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Cocoa Facilitator
As a Cacao facilitator I create safe and sacred containers for expression, release and activation. I am a guide of Mama Cacao the spirit of this deeply healing plant medicine that opens our heart so wide, it gently wakes us up from our slumber to explore and accept the challenge or not, to delve deeper into the depths and shallows of our own mind, body and soul. Each Cacao ceremony, leads us through our own individual experiences connecting us to ethereal and elemental elements from the four directions.
Together, we consume sustainably sourced ceremonial Cacoa as we sit in gratitude and set individual intentions in reciprocity, as we connect to the powerful spirit of this deeply healing plant medicine. Mama Cacao is our guardian only allowing energies of the highest vibration into these sacred containers.
Each Cacao ceremony is different, but by conducting mindfulness practices and a gentle sound bath known to support emotional connection and presence, each of us arrives as we arrive, and leave as we leave along with the addition of feeling fully supported by Mama Cacao as she permeates every fibre of our being internally and externally.
