A relaxing afternoon of Restorative Yoga accompanied by sound meditation.

Using props such as bolsters and blocks, the body is supported in different positions for several minutes to promote relaxation. A single instrument is played to help focus on the moment and its soothing vibrations further enhance restoration. Tension releases and the mind unwinds
