Welcome Vibrant Soul the monthly Crystalline Vibrations sound bath circle at The Tree Room, Colchester City Centre.

I cordially invite you to come as you are and allow me, to take you on a transformative journey of sound frequencies and high vibrational rifts that’ll shift you into perfect divine alignment.

Each Crystalline Vibrations circle will focus on the energy of the moment. In sacred circle, we’ll just BE in our own body, mind and soul. Together, we’ll go within as we raise our frequency and vibrations, to emerge feeling revitalised, replenished.

At each circle we connect with Mama Cacao who will assist to deeply relax our bodies, so that we are supported when releasing tension, anxiety or pain we might be experiencing or holding onto.

Each 2.5-hour circle will promote positive energy, self-activated healing, mental clarity and transformative well-being.
