Cacao Ceremony

Join us for an evening of community and deeper connection with ourselves,Mother Earth and others. You will take part in simple everyday   rituals that show you the way to more self-love and heart-centred living. Ceremonial grade cacao is chocolate in its purest form, a sacred plant medicine, mood enhancer, heart opener and super food which will guide and support you through the evening. To dive deeper into stillness and reflection I will lead you into a guided meditation and sound bath journey followed by heart-songs to lift our spirits. Tea,snacks and sharing circle at the end of the workshop. No experience needed just come with an open mind and heart, everybody welcome🙏🏻
