Designed to prepare you and your partner for labour, birth and the postpartum period.
This relaxed, sociable event will take place at the beautiful Tree Room in Colchester. Parking is available nearby at Vineyard Street, or St Mary's Carparks.
10 - 5.30pm
Expect a nourishing home-made lunch, snacks and drinks, goody bag, handout pack, raffle prize, and a hypnobirthing relaxation session.
