Auricular Acupuncture Group

Group acupuncture sessions, delivered seating. 5 thin, sterile, single-use needles are gently inserted into the ears at set points. The sessions help with stress and anxiety relief, fatigue, pain relief, nausea, addiction withdrawal symptoms, balancing hormones, sleep issues and more. The needles are left in place for 30-45 minutes whilst you relax in a circle of other people also receiving treatment. It is quiet, calming, and you can close your eyes or meditate if you wish to. Past clients have described feeling lighter and more at peace after the session, taking these feelings into their days and week ahead.
