The Tree Room Open Day

The Tree Room is the most well established holistic therapy centre in Colchester.  Located on the beautiful, historic Trinity Street.   Behind our  green front door a whole host of therapies and classes are on offer.  Our Autumn open day is open to everyone and anyone who wants to find out more.

• Therapy Dog (in training) - Our 'therapy dog in training' Ernie will be there to welcome you.  
• Free Massage - Feel the benefit of various different massages from our experienced therapists.  Free 'taster' sessions available on the day.
• Discover Yoga - Discover all about yoga and learn about the different styles on offer.
• Meet Qualified Counsellors  - Meet counsellors to ask questions about different types of therapy and general Q+A.
• Nutritional Therapy - 
• Reiki - Find out about the powerful effects of Crystal Reiki on holistic health.
• Cacoa Ceremony - Experience the joys of Cacao
• Win a yoga mat and more  -Enter our draw on the day to win a high quality yoga mat and blocks.
